Cancellation & Participation Policy

Participant Cancellations 

• 5 or more days before the course: Full refund or free reschedule to a future date. 

• Less than 5 days before the course: No refund. A one-time reschedule is available if the request is made at least 48 hours before the course begins. 

• No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund or reschedule. 

Rescheduling 

• Reschedule requests must be submitted by email at least 48 hours before the course starts. 

• Rescheduled spots must be used within 60 days of the original course date. 

Instructor/Company Cancellations 

• If Complete Safety Training cancels or reschedules a course, participants may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost. 

Technical Requirements 

• Participants are responsible for a stable internet connection and access to the required virtual platform (e.g., Zoom or Teams). 

• No refund or reschedule will be provided due to technical issues on the participant’s end. 

Minimum Enrollment 

• If minimum registration numbers are not met, the course may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. 

Full Participation Requirement 

• Full attendance and individual engagement are required to receive certification. This includes being visible on camera (even when attending from a shared location/device), participating in discussions, and completing all course activities. 

• Participants who arrive late, leave early, or are not actively engaged throughout the course will not receive a certificate and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. 

One Participant per Registration 

• Each participant must be individually registered to receive certification. 

• Groups may attend from the same location or device, but every individual must be visibly present and participating to qualify for certification. 

• Sharing a registration (i.e., multiple attendees under one name/payment) is not permitted and will result in removal from the course without refund. 

Verification of Identity 

• Participants may be asked to present valid photo ID at the start of the session to confirm registration and identity for certification purposes. 

Disruptive Behaviour 

• Complete Safety Training reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour, including violations of virtual classroom etiquette. 

Language Requirements 

• This course is delivered in English. Participants must have basic proficiency in spoken and written English to participate and receive certification. 

Certificate Delivery 

• Certificates of completion will be emailed within 7-10 business days after the course, provided all participation requirements have been met.
