Mental Health First Aid (Virtual)

Register For Your Virtual One-Day MHFA Course

This course trains participants to recognize signs of mental health problems or crises in adults and provides practical, evidence-informed tools to respond effectively. The focus is on early identification, physiological regulation, and crisis de-escalation, avoiding psychotherapy approaches in favor of neurologically grounded first aid support.

Our objective is to provide you with tools that can help you manage those who may be potentially violent either verbally or physically. We will discuss well-tested techniques that may help you become more confident, calm, consistent and successful when interacting with potentially violent individuals.

Courses are held virtually using Microsoft Teams.

Once you have registered you will receive an email with a link to access the training.
